Each month, I will introduce a new set of progressive strength exercises, with a focus on functional and healthy movement patterns. Whether you're attending a group, semi-private, or private session, you'll receive personalized attention and practical insights designed to empower and educate you. This approach ensures that you not only strengthen your body but also understand the 'why' behind each movement.
